- General
- Updated all links, references, and form thumbnails to the new Road Design Manual and QC/QA Manual.
- Updated various ASTM and AASHTO material and testing references.
- Updated the term PoDI to include Involvement rather than the former Interest per FHWA guidance.
- Replaced the term Fracture Critical Member and the acronym FCM with Non-redundant Steel Tension Member and NSTM per most recent FHWA guidance.
